The following report is the cumulation of the senior thesis project on the Penn State Steam Services Building. Contained within the document is the preliminary building analysis, including the energy and utility rates, and overall building information. Also included are the two mechanical redesign proposals, and the two breadth topics proposals. For each redesign proposal there is an energy and cost analysis. Finally, both redesign proposals will be compared to determine which one will be the best solution for the building.
